The grapes were hand picked at a warm and sunny site, whole bunch pressed and settled for 48hrs than cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve natural vibrancy.

A bouquet of tropical fruit overlapping pear and honeysuckle fragrances along with almond and hints of sweet marzipan.
Palate
Aroma promises are kept; juicy tropical notes, hints of pear and summer-ripe stone fruit balance the gentle acidity of peaches. The rich creamy texture makes it a very enjoyable wine.
