Pinot Gris 2009

The grapes were hand picked at a warm and sunny site, whole bunch pressed and settled for 48 hours then cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve natural vibrancy.

Flavour Profile
A nose of white blossom and creamy marscapone which carries pleasantly to the palate. This wine has a lovely light textural aspect, and ample fill, a tantalisingly soft touch to the front palate is balanced by a fine mineral finish.
